How can I ensure my Mango Bravo cake stays fresh during transport?
To maintain the quality of our signature cakes, we recommend keeping them in an insulated bag with ice packs. Our frozen cakes should be placed in a freezer immediately upon arrival to preserve their texture and structure.
What is the lead time for online orders?
For standard cakes and pastries, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. For large food tray orders or customized cakes, please allow a lead time of 2 to 3 days.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for selected items depending on store inventory. You may check real-time availability on our website or through our official delivery partner apps.
What payment methods do you accept for online transactions?
We accept a variety of payment options including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. Cash on Delivery is also available for specific locations.
